  • 454 g of cooked lobster flesh
  • 1/2 package of 250 g (1 1/2 cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of chopped celery
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of shallot
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of mayonnaise
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper up to taste
  • 4 hot-dog breads up to your choice

  • In a pan, brown leeks few minutes. Cool down leeks before adding to the mixture.
  • Harhsly chop locster flesh. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and season up to taste. Set aside.
  • Grill breads for 2 minutes on each side or until grilled.
