Ingredients
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of olive oil
  • Half a lemon juice
  • 4 boneless fresh chicken breasts
  • Ground salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley or basil
  • 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 8 minced white mushrooms
  • 1 minced red pepper
Preparation

  • Preheat barbecue at medium heat.
  • Slice 4 aluminium paper large enough to cover each chicken breasts. Slice chicken breasts in 2 to 3 strips. In a deep plate, soak each chicken pieces into olive oil and lemon juice. Salt, pepper and add parsley or basil. Set chicken breasts into aluminium paper and cover with vegetables.
  • Close aluminium paper well to form papillotes. Set over the upper grill of the barbecue, lid closed. Cook over one side for 7 to 10 minutes. Turn over and cook over the other side for another 7 to 10 minutes. Verify cooking, since it may variate from one barbecue to another.
  • Cool down for 2 minutes before opening papillotes.
