				Asparagus and mushrooms sauté
				
				
				
				
					
					
		
			Ingredients
				
					
						- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of olive oil
 - 1 sliced onion
 - 2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of basil
 - 1 pinch of pepper
 - 750 ml (3 cups) of fresh shiitake mushrooms, hulled and sliced
 - 500 ml (2 cups) of sliced Swiss brown mushrooms
 - 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
 - 454  g (1 pound) of garlic cloves, trimmed and sliced into pieces of 4 cm (11/2 inch) in lenght
 
					 
				 
		 
		
			
				
					
						
							- In a wok or a large nonstick pan, heal oil at high heat. Add onion, basil, salt and pepper. Cook 2 minutes while stirring. 
 - Add shiitake mushrooms, Swiss brown mushrooms, garlic and cook while stirring, for about 2 minutes or until liquids evaporates. Add asparagus and cook while stirring for 4 minutes or until well cooked, but still lightly crispy.
