Ingredients
  • 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoons) of olive oil
  • 175 ml (3/4 cup) of tomato sauce
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of chopped walnuts
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of roughy chopped herbs (chive, basil and oregano)
  • 1 pizza dough of 10 to 12 inches or family size pita bread
  • 1 package of goat cheese (5 oz/150gr), sliced
  • 12 pitted black or green olives
Preparation

  • Preheat oven at 400 °F (200 °C).
  • Heat a large pan. Add olive oil and sliced leeks. Fry 2 minutes at medium heat.
  • Season and set aside. Brush pizza dough with tomato sauce. Add leeks, goat cheese slices, pitted olives and walnuts.
  • Oven bake for 10 to 15 minutes, remove from oven, garnish with herbs and serve.
