Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 sandwich steak slices
  • 10 to 20 asparagus (depending of the size)
  • 1/4 or 1/2 of the sauce can named Renée's Teriyaki, Sésame et Gingembre (sesame and ginger)
  • 4 to 5 Provolone or other larges cheese slices up to your taste (about the same size of the steak slices)

Preparation

Side-by-side mode
  • Brush two steak slices over both sides with the sauce. Set a cheese slice over the steak slice.
  • Set 4 to 5 asparagus over 1 side of the steak slice, over the cheese slice, in a way for asparagus to exceeds each edges of the steak slice.
  • Roll everything up together by starting with with the sides where asparagus are and stick in a toothpick.
  • Repeat step 1 to 4 with remaining steak slices.
  • Preheat oven at 350 °F (180 °C). Cover a baking safe plate with aluminium paper.
  • Set rolls over the plate and oven bake, uncovered, for about 15 minutes or until center is cooked.
