  • 1 L (4 cups) of strawberries or raspberries
  • 1 L (4 cups) of white vinegar
  • 500 ml (2 cups) of white sugar

Preparation

  • On the kitchen counter, marinate strawberries or raspberries with vinegar for about 4 days in a plate with a lid.
  • In a cauldron, add 500 ml (2 cups) of white sugar to the vinegar and boil 4 minutes.
  • Set into jars for vinaigrettes. Can be kept for a long period of time.
