Blueberries and pineapples sausages

  • 8 blueberries sausages
  • A large box of pineapples or 12 fresh pineapples slices
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of pineapples juice puree
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of cornstarch
  • 2,5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of black pepper

  • Cook sausages in a fry pan and keep its fats for the pineapple sauce later on. Lightly cook pineapples slices over both sides.
  • Set blueberries sausages in an oven safe plate and cover with pineapple slices.
  • Add cornstarch, pepper and pineapples cooking juice (the one with sausages fats). Whisk everything until boiling and until the juice thickers.
  • Simmer in the oven at 350 ºF (180 °C) for about 35 minutes. Be sure everythings hot before removing from oven.
