Blueberries and pineapples sausages
Ingredients
- 8 blueberries sausages
- A large box of pineapples or 12 fresh pineapples slices
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of pineapples juice puree
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of cornstarch
- 2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of black pepper
- Cook sausages in a fry pan and keep its fats for the pineapple sauce later on. Lightly cook pineapples slices over both sides.
- Set blueberries sausages in an oven safe plate and cover with pineapple slices.
- Add cornstarch, pepper and pineapples cooking juice (the one with sausages fats). Whisk everything until boiling and until the juice thickers.
- Simmer in the oven at 350 ºF (180 °C) for about 35 minutes. Be sure everythings hot before removing from oven.
