1 commercial pizza dough
1 leek
200 g of bacon
3 package of fresh cooking cream
40 g of parmesan

Preparation
Cook sliced leeks with olive oil, when melted add bacons then cooking cream and parmesan, let simmer for about 5 minutes and then let cool down.
Over half the dough spread the preparation then fold the other half and seal sides by doing 3 cuts, spread olive oil then parmesan.
Oven bake 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
