Ingredients
- 1 commercial pizza dough
- 1 leek
- 200 g of bacon
- 3 package of fresh cooking cream
- 40 g of parmesan
Preparation
Side-by-side mode
- Cook sliced leeks with olive oil, when melted add bacons then cooking cream and parmesan, let simmer for about 5 minutes and then let cool down.
- Over half the dough spread the preparation then fold the other half and seal sides by doing 3 cuts, spread olive oil then parmesan.
- Oven bake 20 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
