  • 1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 350 ml (1½ cup) of frozen beans
  • 150 ml (10 tablespoons) of snow pea
  • 150 ml (10 tablespoons) of green beans
  • 1 liter (4 cups) of poultry broth
  • Few chunks of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • A bit of olive oil

  • Mince onion and fry with olive oil. Add sliced leeks. Cook at medium heat for a few minutes. Then add remaining vegetables and poultry broth.
  • Cook for about 20 minutes.
  • Set a hand blender in a large casserole to obtain a creamy texture. Salt, pepper and mix again.
