Ingredients

  • 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 3 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 4 tilapia fillets or other kind of fishes
  • 2 sliced tomatoes
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of chicken broth concentrate
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of tarragon or dill
  • 20 ml (4 teaspoons) of olive oil
  • Fresh parsley bouquet for garnishing
  • Pepper up to taste

Preparation

Side-by-side mode
  • Preheat oven at 200 °C (400 °F).
  • In an oven safe plate, set Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks and garlic to cover bottom of the plate. Set fish fillets over leeks and garlic, then cover with tomatoes slices.
  • In a bowl, mix chicken broth, olive oil and tarragon or dill. Pour over fillet. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Oven bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
