Ingredients
- 8 portions of baby spinaches
- 1 package of fresh strawberries
- 1 red onion
- Crushed of sliced almonds up to taste
For the vinaigrette:
- Set all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until creamy.
Preparation
Side-by-side mode
- Set washed spinaches into bowls.
- Slice strawberries and onion into small cubes or slices.
- Set about 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of strawberries and 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of onion to each spinaches portions.
- Add almonds up to taste.
- Add vinaigrette up to taste (about 30 ml (2 tablespoons) per portions).
For the vinaigrette:
- Set all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until creamy.
