				Low fat bananas and blueberries bread 
				
				
				
				
					
					
		
			Ingredients
				
					
						- 3 mature bananas
 - 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of melted margarine
 - 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of low fat yogurt
 - 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of unsweetened apples compote
 - 125 ml (1/2 cup) of biological sugar
 - 500 ml (2 cups) of biological flour
 - 2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of cinnamon or nutmeg
 - 4 ml (3/4 teaspoon) of baking powder
 - 4 ml (3/4 teaspoon) of baking soda
 - 2 ml (1/2 teaspoon) of salt
 - 2 eggs
 - 250 ml (1 cup) of frozen blueberries
 
					 
				 
		 
		
			
				
					
						
							- Preheat oven at 350 ºF (180 °C).
 - Crush bananas in a large bowl. Add melted margarine, yogurt, compote, sugar and eggs. Mix well. Set aside.
 - Mix dry ingredients then slowly add bananas mixture. Cover carefully the blueberries without shaking too much.
 - Pour in a non-stick bread mold and bake until a toothpick gets out clean ( for about 75 minutes).
