Ingredients

  • 1 litre (4 cups) of water
  • 500 ml (2 cups) of dry white wine
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of vinegar
  • 6 branch of fresh parsley
  • 6 branch of fresh thyme
  • 6 branch of fresh dill
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of finely chopped fresh chive
  • 2 sliced carrots
  • 1 1/2 package of 250 g (6 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks

Preparation

Side-by-side mode
  • Cook every ingredients altogether for 25 minutes.
  • Filter and cool down.
  • Keep vegetables for plate garnishing.
