			Ingredients
				
					
						
- 1 L (4 cups) of water
- 500 ml (2 cups) of dry white wine
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of vinegar
- 6 branches of fresh parsley
- 6 branches of fresh thyme
- 6 branches of fresh dill
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of finely chopped fresh chive
- 2 sliced carrots
- 1 1/2 package of 250 g (6 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
 
				 
		 
		
			
				
					
						
							
- Cook every ingredient all together for 25 minutes.
- Filter and cool down.
- Keep vegetables for plate garnishing.
