3 diced and precooked bacon slices
8 mushrooms
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of butter
1/8 package of 250 g (1/2 cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
180 ml (3/4 cup) of grated cheddar
Preparation

Preheat oven at 400 °F (200 °C).
Remove mushrooms stem. Set caps aside. Chop stems.
In a casserole, melt butter at medium heat. Roast slowly mushroom stems and leeks, until the mixture tenders.
In a bowl, mix mushrooms and leeks with diced bacons and cheddar. Stuff mushrooms caps with the mixture.
Oven bake 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
Chef’s note
You may serve those appetizers into small cups.
