			Ingredients
				
					
						
- 4 wheat tortillas
 
- 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
 
- 1 chopped garlic clove
 
- 2 cups of sliced mushrooms
 
- Leafs of a fresh thyme branch
 
- 1/2 cups of chopped parsley
 
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
 
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon's mustard
 
- 1 cup of arugula salad
 
- 1 cup of cottage cheese
 
- 1/2 cup of fresh basil
 
- Salt and pepper
 
					 
				 
		 
		
			
				
					
						
							
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
 
- In a pan at medium-high heat, broil leeks, garlic and mushrooms with one tablespoon of olive oil until browns, for about 5 minutes. Add thyme and parsley, then salt and pepper. Set aside.
 
- Set tortillas on a bake-safe oven plate covered with aluminum paper. Spread olive oil and Dijon's mustard. Set half the arugula salad, add leeks and mushrooms, then mix with cottage cheese.
 
- Oven bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Add the remaining arugula salad and basil, then serve.
