			Ingredients
				
					
						
- 250 ml (1 cup) of fresh or frozen bluebrries
 
- 250 ml (1 cup) of chicken broth
 
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) of corn syrup
 
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of orange marmalade
 
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of lemon juice
 
- 1.25 ml (1/4 teaspoon) of thyme
 
- 0.5 ml (1/8 teaspoon) of salt
 
- 0.5 ml (1/8 teaspoon) of pepper
 
					 
				 
		 
		
			
				
					
						
							
- In a medium size pan, mix blueberries, chicken broth, corn syrup, marmalade, lemon juice and thyme. Simmer 20 minutes or until sauce reduces of an half.
 
- Then, mix salt and pepper.
 
- Serve with a roast or roasted poultry, if desired.
