Ingredients

  • 1 cup of light mayonnaise
  • 1 cup of light sour cream
  • 2 cans of diced artichokes
  • 1 cup of mixed cheese up to taste (mozzarella, cheddar, old cheddar, a bit of parmesan)
  • Pepper
  • 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks slightly blanched

Preparation

Side-by-side mode
  • In an oven safe plate, mix all ingredents.
  • Oven bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45 minutes.
  • Serve with vegetables, endives (miam!), corn chips or roasted pita breads.
