			Ingredients
				
					
						
- 1 cup of light mayonnaise
 
- 1 cup of light sour cream
 
- 2 cans of diced artichokes
 
- 1 cup of mixed cheese up to taste (mozzarella, cheddar, old cheddar, a bit of parmesan)
 
- Pepper
 
- 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks slightly blanched
 
					 
				 
		 
		
			
				
					
						
							
- On an oven-safe plate, mix all ingredients.
 
- Oven bake at 350°F (180°C) for 45 minutes.
 
- Serve with vegetables, endives (miam!), corn chips or roasted pita breads.
