Ingredients

  • Lightened shortcrust :
  • 170 ml (0,7 cup) of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 100 ml (1/2 cup) of white cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garnishsing :
  • 1½ package of 250 gr (4½ cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 2 smoked salmon slices
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of cooking cream
  • 2 tablespoons of Ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of white cheese
  • 1 chunk of Comté cheese

Preparation

  • Prepare shortcrust by mixing all ingredients together. Cool down at fresh. Simmer sliced leeks. Drain.
  • Spread shortcrust and prick. Set ham and sliced leeks over it.
  • Whisk eggs with cream, ricotta cheese and white cheese. Pour over shortcrust. Grate Comté cheese. Oven bake 30 minutes at 350 °F (180 °C).
