- Prepare shortcrust by mixing all ingredients together. Cool down at fresh. Simmer sliced leeks. Drain.
- Spread shortcrust and prick. Set ham and sliced leeks over it.
- Whisk eggs with cream, ricotta cheese and white cheese. Pour over shortcrust. Grate Comté cheese. Oven bake 30 minutes at 350 °F (180 °C).
