8 leek's white of 10 cm (4 inches)
8 slices of cooked ham
250 ml (1 cup) of béchamel sauce of your choice
7 ml (1 1/2 teaspoon) of Dijon's mustard
250 gr (1/2 pound) of gruyere of cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper

Preparation
Cook leeks with salted boiling water or chicken broth for about 15 minutes, then drain. Roll each leek's white with a slice of cooked ham.
Set in a gratin plate. Prepare béchamel sauce, add Dijon's mustard and season up to your taste.
Coat leeks with sauce.
Spread cheese over leeks.
Oven bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
