  • 1 commercial pizza dough
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of tomato coulis
  • 6 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 package of 250 g (1 1/2 cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of butter
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 450 g (1 pound) of asparagus
  • 1/2 red pepper, diced
  • 60 ml (4 tablespoons) of olive oil
  • 225 g (1 1/2 cup) of fresh goat cheese, crumbled
  • Salt

Preparation

  • In a frying pan, brown the leeks in butter. Set aside.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush a 20-cm (8-inch) baking plate with a little olive oil.
  • Brush pastry with tomato coulis. Cover with sun-dried tomatoes, leeks, mozzarella, asparagus, peppers and goat cheese. Drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake for about 25 minutes.
