  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of butter
  • 2 pckages of 250 gr (6 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 ml (2/3 cup) of flour
  • 1 ml (1/4 teaspoon) of nutmeg
  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cup) of milk
  • A pinch of paprika
  • Salt and pepper up to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat oven at 375°F (190°C).
  • Butter a gratin plate.
  • Set cooked Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks in a bowl. Add whisked eggs and mix well.
  • Add flour, paprika, nutmeg and milk.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Mix well with a whisk.
  • Pour mixture into buttered plate.
  • Oven bake 4 minutes.
  • Slice and serve.
