Ingredients
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of butter
2 pckages of 250 gr (6 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
4 eggs
150 ml (2/3 cup) of flour
1 ml (1/4 teaspoon) of nutmeg
375 ml (1 1/2 cup) of milk
A pinch of paprika
Salt and pepper up to taste

Preparation
Preheat oven at 375°F (190°C).
Butter a gratin plate.
Set cooked Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks in a bowl. Add whisked eggs and mix well.
Add flour, paprika, nutmeg and milk.
Salt and pepper.
Mix well with a whisk.
Pour mixture into buttered plate.
Oven bake 4 minutes.
Slice and serve.
