Ingredients

  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of olive oil
  • 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 300 g (about 8 small) potatoes with yellow flesh, unpeeled and sliced into thin rings
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoon) of finely chopped fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Arrange the potatoes, cover and cook for about 7 minutes or until they start to brown and tenderize. Turn the slices over and cook for about 5 minutes, covered or until they are tender and golden.
  • Add the leek and garlic and cook for a few more minutes. Add the basil, season. mix well and serve.
