Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- 1/2 package of 250 g (2 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- 15 to 30 ml (1 to 2 tablespoons) of mustard, up to your choice
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) of butter
Preparation

Preheat the barbecue to 350°F (180°C).

Mix melted butter with mustard and leeks.

Wash potatoes. Finely slice without slicing it all the way to keep potatoes into one piece.

Stuff leeks butter between each potato slice and cover individually into aluminum paper. Bake in the barbecue for 30 to 45 minutes.
