Ingredients

  • 4 wheat tortillas
  • 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 2 cups of sliced mushrooms
  • Leafs of a fresh thyme branch
  • 1/2 cups of chopped parsley
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon's mustard
  • 1 cup of arugula salad
  • 1 cup of cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup of fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Side-by-side mode
  • Preheat oven at 400°F.
  • In a pan at medium-high heats, broil leeks, garlic and mushrooms with 1 tablespoon of olive oil until browns, for about 5 minutes. Add thyme and parsley then salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Set tortillas in a oven bake safe plate covered with aluminium paper. Spread olive oil and Dijon's mustard. Set half the arugula salad, add leeks and mushrooms then mix with cottage cheese.
  • Oven bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Add remainings of arugula salad and basil then serve.
