Mini-pizza with leeks

  • 500 gr (1 pound) of pizza dough
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of butter
  • 1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of old-style mustard
  • 375 ml (1 1/2 cup) of grated Italian cheese mix
  • 6 prosiutto slices, sliced into thin slices

  • Over a lightly floured work surfaces, divide pastas into four portions. With your hands or with a rolling pin, make each portion into a circle of 15 cm and set over a baking plate.
  • In a pan, melt butter at low heat. Add Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks and cook for 5 minutes. Brush pizzas crusts with mustard and spread with leeks, cheese and prosciutto. Oven bake inferior thirds at 400°F (200°C) for 12 to 15 minutes or until crusts are brown and crispy.
