454 g of cooked lobster flesh
1/2 package of 250 g (1 1/2 cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
60 ml (1/4 cup) of chopped celery
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of shallot
125 ml (1/2 cup) of mayonnaise
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of lemon juice
Salt and pepper up to taste
4 hot-dog breads up to your choice

Preparation
In a pan, brown leeks few minutes. Cool down leeks before adding to the mixture.
Harhsly chop locster flesh. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and season up to taste. Set aside.
Grill breads for 2 minutes on each side or until grilled.
