250 ml (1 cup) of water
250 ml (1 cup) of sugar
450 g (1 pound) of strawberries
250 ml (1 cup) of cooking cream
15 ml (1 c. à soupe) of cornstarch
For the fruits :
1 apple
1 banana
1 melon
2 pears
1 bunch of grapes
16 strawberries

Preparation
In a casserole, mix water with sugar. Bring to a boil.
Add strawberries and cream. Bring again to a boil.
In a small bowl, dilute cornstarch in a bit of cold water. Add this mixture to the strawberries preparation.
Slice fruits into pieces.
Set the strawberries preparation inside a mixer. Mix and pour into a fondue pot.
Soak sliced fruits into the strawberries fondue.
