4 salmon fillet or whole fillet
15 ml (1 tablespoon) of Dijon's mustard
Crumbled fresh goat cheese, up to taste
1/2 package of 250 gr (1 1/2 cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of olive oil
Salt and pepper, up to taste

Preparation
Preheat oven at 180ºC (350ºF),
Set salmon fillets in a pyrex plate. Brush salmon fillets with Dijon's mustard and add crumbled goat cheese. Add sliced leeks and spray with olive oil. Salt and pepper, up to taste.
Oven bake 15 minutes and serve with rice or salad if desired.
