  • 4 salmon fillet or whole fillet
  • 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of Dijon's mustard
  • Crumbled fresh goat cheese, up to taste
  • 1/2 package of 250 gr (1 1/2 cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, up to taste

  • Preheat oven at 180ºC (350ºF),
  • Set salmon fillets in a pyrex plate. Brush salmon fillets with Dijon's mustard and add crumbled goat cheese. Add sliced leeks and spray with olive oil. Salt and pepper, up to taste.
  • Oven bake 15 minutes and serve with rice or salad if desired.
