Ingredients
45 ml (3 tablespoons) of flour
4 pork chops
45 ml (3 tablespoons) of olive oil
1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
2 diced peeled apples
250 ml (1 cup) of apple juice
5 ml (1 teaspoon) of Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper, up to taste

Preparation
Preheat oven at 400°F (200˚C).
Cover pork chops with flour. In a large pan, brown chops in olive oil for 30 seconds for each sides. Remove and set in an oven safe plate. Set aside.
Add leeks and diced apples. Browns for 1 minute.
Pour mixture over chops. Add apple juice to the Worcestershire auce. Salt and pepper up to your taste. Oven bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
