Ingredients

  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of flour
  • 4 pork chops
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of olive oil
  • 1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 2 diced peeled apples
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of apple juice
  • 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, up to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat oven at 400°F (200˚C).
  • Cover pork chops with flour. In a large pan, brown chops in olive oil for 30 seconds for each sides. Remove and set in an oven safe plate. Set aside.
  • Add leeks and diced apples. Browns for 1 minute.
  • Pour mixture over chops. Add apple juice to the Worcestershire auce. Salt and pepper up to your taste. Oven bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
