½ package of 250 gr (1 ½ cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
85 ml (1/3 cup) of brown sugar or maple syrup
25 ml (1 ½ cup) of Worcestershire sauces
65 ml (1/4 cup) of ketchup
1 finely chopped garlic clove
30 ml (2 tablespoons) of herbs (red onion, parsley, chive, basil)
250 ml (1 cup) of water
Salt and pepper up to taste

Preparation
Brown well pork filet into avocado oil or olive oil.
Mix all ingredients in a pan. Let simmer at very low heat for 35 -45 minutes.
