Beef sirloin with vegetables papillotes

  • 4 beef sirloin
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of sliced carrots, into julienne
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of sliced red peppers
  • 1/3 package of 250 ml (1 cup) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 4 sage leaves
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) of grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of olive oil

  • In aluminium paper, set vegetables sliced into juliennes, Les Cultures de chez nou sliced leeks, sage leaves and grated Mozzarella. Pour a bit of olive oil. Seal aluminium paper and bake for 5 minutes or till desired cooking.
  • Barbecue baking :
  • Preheat barbecue at medium heat. Oil beef sirloin and bake for 2 to 3 minutes for each side or till desired baking. Serve beef sirloin with vegetables as side dish.
  • For one's who'd like to cook with a pan, roast oiled beef sirloin . Cook for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or till desired cooking.
