Ingredients

  • 2 packages of 250 gr (6 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 1 large onion
  • 25 ml (1 1/2 tablespoons) of butter
  • 2 glasses of white wine
  • For the sauce
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of milk
  • 8 ml (1 1/2 teaspoon) of butter
  • 8 ml (1 1/2 teaspoon) of flour
  • 100 ml (6 tablespoons) of fresh cream

Preparation

  • Blanch Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks into salted water. Mince onions.
  • Prepare béchamel sauce with butter, flour and milk.
  • Brown onions into butter. Then add sliced leeks and cream. Stir well.
  • Add white wine ad cover while lowering heat. Frequently take a look and add water, if necessary.
  • Once everything is reduced, add béchamel sauce.
