  • 1 package of 250 g (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • Ground salt and pepper up to taste
  • 4 pitas
  • 150 g (1/3 pound) of chopped ham
  • 150 g of chopped brie cheese
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of minced basil
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of oregano leaves

  • Preheat oven at 400°F (205°C).
  • In a casserole, blanch leeks into boiling water 2 minutes. Drain.
  • Divide leeks, ham and brie over pitas. Pepper and coat with pesto.
  • Set pizzas on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Oven bake 8 to 10 minutes.
  • When out of the oven, spread herbs.
