			Ingredients
				
					
						- 1.2 litre (600 g) of strawberries
 - 200 ml (200 g) of mascarpone
 - 2 eggs
 - 18 biscuits roses de Reims
 - 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of sugar
 - 2 packages of vanilla sugar
 - 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of strawberry liqueur
 
					 
				 
		 
		
			
				
					
						
							- Wash, hull and dry strawberries
 - Mince strawberries and macerates with the liqueur.
 - Break eggs and separate whites from the yolks. Whisk egg yolk with sugar, mascarpone and vanilla sugar until the preparation gets smooth.
 - Whisk egg whites and add carefully to the mascarpone mixture. Into pretty glass, lay a layer of biscuits roses de Reims, a layer of cream and finish up by adding strawberries.
 - Before serving, refrigerates for 3 hours.
