						- 1 package of 350 gr of Pennes pastas
 - 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
 - 4 diced tomatoes
 - 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of vodka
 - 1 package of 270 gr of tomato and basil Philadelphia cooking cream
 - 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of butter
 - 125 ml (1/2 cup) of milk
 - Optional :
 - 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of chopped garlic
 - 60 ml (1/4 cup) of chopped parsley
 
					 
				 
		 
		
			
				
					
						
							- In a casserole filled with salted boiling water, cook pastas al dente. Drain. 
 - In a casserole, melt butter at medium heat. Cook leeks and if desired garlic for 2 to 3 minutes.
 - Add tomatoes, vodka, cooking cream and milk. Salt and pepper. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes at medium heat.
 - Add pastas and, if desired, parsley. Stir and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
