Ingredients

  • 500 g of potatoes
  • 1 1/3 package of 250 g (5 1/2 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 8 filo dough sheets
  • 1,5 ml of fresh cream
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of finely chopped fresh parsley
  • Melted nuts of butter
  • Nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

Side-by-side mode
  • Dice potatoes. In a casserole, cook potatoes for 20 minutes in boiling water. Do the same thing with Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks. In a bowl incorporate potatoes, leeks, cream, parsley, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
  • Preheat oven at 350°F (180°C).
  • Over a floured work surface, slice filo dough in two. brush with butter, then add stuffing and close everything up. Do it again. Oven bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Chef’s note

Serves with fish or salad.
