			Ingredients
				
					
						
- 1 L (4 cups) of beef broth
 
- 2 packages of 250 g (8 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
 
- 4 peeled pears
 
- 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of honey
 
- Salt and pepper
 
					 
				 
		 
		
			
				
					
						
							
- Fry pears and sliced leeks in a bit of olive oil until it roast. Add the liter of broth, honey, salt and pepper. Let it simmer at medium heat for 40 minutes.
 
- Sieve and set in a blender. You may add a bit of cooking cream or a noisette of soft butter.
