				Ham, brie and leek pizza
				
				
				
				
					
					
		
			Ingredients
				
					
						- 1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
- Ground salt and pepper up to taste
- 4 pitas
- 150 g (1/3 pound) of chopped ham
- 150 g of chopped brie cheese
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of minced basil
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of oregano leaves
 
				 
		 
		
			
				
					
						
							- Preheat oven at 400°F (205°C).
- In a casserole, blanch leeks into boiling water 2 minutes. Drain.
- Divide leeks, ham and brie over pitas. Pepper and coat with pesto.
- Set pizzas on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Oven bake 8 to 10 minutes.
- When out of the oven, spread herbs.
