30 ml (2 tablespoons) of olive oil
1 package of 250 g (4 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
1 peeled and diced squash
3 chopped garlic cloves
15 ml (1 teaspoon) of chopped fresh ginger
125 ml (1/2 cup) of chicken broth
250 ml (1 cup) of diced ham
Salt and pepper up to taste
Preparation
Side-by-side mode
In a large pan, fry leeks, squash and garlic for 3 minutes. Add ginger, chicken broth and continue cooking until broth reduces.
Add ham. Season up to taste.
Chef’s note
Delicious in this sauté version, may also cook leftovers into an omelette or a quiche.

Ham and leeks squash sauté
Ingredients
