			Ingredients
				
					
						- 454 g (1 pound) of asparagus
 - 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of sesame oil
 - 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of soy sauce
 - Orange zest, finely grated
 - Pepper
 
					 
				 
		 
		
			
				
					
						
							- Fill with water a large casserole. Salt and bring to a boil. Break and throw the woody end of asparagus. Soak asparagus in water and cook uncovered till obtaining tenderness, but still crispy for about 4 minutes.
 - Pour oil, soy sauce and orange zest in a small bowl. Whisk till homogenisation. then drain asparagus. Mop it up and serve into service plates or individual dishes.
 - Spray with sauce and pepper.
