Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of olive oil
- 1 can of asparagus cream
- Long asparagus, frozen or fresh
- Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Side-by-side mode- Brown chicken breasts into oil until roasted.
- Then set in a small oven safe plate.
- Set asparagus cream over chicken breasts and set few long asparagus over these.
- Spread mozzarella cheese and oven bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for about 30 minutes.
- Serve with vegetables and rice.
