  • 1 liter (4 cups) of beef broth
  • 2 packages of 250 gr (6 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 4 peeled pears
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of honey
  • Salt and pepper

  • Fry pears and sliced leeks in a bit of olive oil until it roast. Add the liter of broth, honey, salt and pepper. Simmer at medium heat for 40 minutes.
  • Sieve and set in a blender. You may add a bit of cooking cream or a noisette of soft butter.
