4 peeled pears
45 ml (3 tablespoons) of honey

Preparation
Fry pears and sliced leeks in a bit of olive oil until it roast. Add the liter of broth, honey, salt and pepper. Simmer at medium heat for 40 minutes.
Sieve and set in a blender. You may add a bit of cooking cream or a noisette of soft butter.
