Preparation
Peel asparagus and blanch into salted water for about 10 minutes. Melt butter and cook tournedos for 5 to 15 minutes, based on your preference.
Deglaze with fresh cream and serve hot. Garnish plates with strawberries and asparagus. Pour sauce over asparagus. Serve over pastas.
