  • 4 tournedos
  • 1 package of asparagus
  • 250 gr (1 cup) of strawberries
  • 25 gr (1 tablespoon) of butter
  • 150 ml (5/8 cup) of fresh cream
  • Salt and pepper up to taste

Preparation

  • Peel asparagus and blanch into salted water for about 10 minutes. Melt butter and cook tournedos for 5 to 15 minutes, based on your preference.
  • Deglaze with fresh cream and serve hot. Garnish plates with strawberries and asparagus. Pour sauce over asparagus. Serve over pastas.
