Asparagus and ham tortillas

  • 2 tortillas
  • 4 asparagus
  • 4 cooked ham slices
  • 10 ml (2 teaspoons) of mayonnaise

  • Make a cross slit at the bottom of each asparagus.
  • Clean well and microwave, covered, for 3 minutes at 100%. Let cool down 1 to 2 minutes, covered.
  • Heat up tortillas in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Spread 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of mayonnaise over each tortillas (or more, up to your taste).
  • Set 2 slices of cooked ham on each tortillas. Lay asparagus over ham. Roll up tortillas and serve.
