1½ package of 250 gr (4½ cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
75 ml (1/3 cup) of flour
45 ml (3 tablespoons) of butter
250 ml (1 cup) of chicken broth
75 ml (1/3 cup) of cooking cream
1 pie dough
Canadian or Mozzarella cheese

Preparation
Melt sliced leeks into melted butter. When butter becomes translucent, remove from heat. Add flour, chicken broth and cream. Mix.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Pour into a non-cooked pie dough and add cheese over. Oven bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 20 to 25 minutes, until it browns. Serve and enjoy!
