  • 1½ package of 250 gr (4½ cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 75 ml (1/3 cup) of flour
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of butter
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of chicken broth
  • 75 ml (1/3 cup) of cooking cream
  • 1 pie dough
  • Canadian or Mozzarella cheese

  • Melt sliced leeks into melted butter. When butter becomes translucent, remove from heat. Add flour, chicken broth and cream. Mix.
  • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Pour into a non-cooked pie dough and add cheese over. Oven bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 20 to 25 minutes, until it browns. Serve and enjoy!
