Ingredients

  • 1 roll of puff pastry dough
  • 1 package of 250 gr (3 cups) of Les Cultures de chez nous sliced leeks
  • 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of oil
  • 1 minced onion
  • 1 glass of water
  • 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of fresh cream
  • 1 whole egg and 1 egg yolk
  • 2 goat cheese (Pélardon) moderately refined
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 pie mold of 24 cm (with removable bottom)

Preparation

  • Preheat oven at 400 °F (200° C).
  • In a non-adhesive pan, at medium heat, set oil and fry sliced leeks and onion for 2 to 3 minutes (covered). Add water, cover and simmer 5 minutes.
  • In a bowl, mix fresh cream, eggs, salt, nutmeg and pepper.
  • Liner a pie mold with puff pastry. Pour cream preparation, drain and spread sliced leeks.
  • Spread equally goat cheese sliced in halfs (to obtain 4 portions).
  • Oven bake over the lowest grill of the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Unmold over a service plate.
